These Terms and Conditions apply to the websites and applications of Papa Johns Bulgaria
Please read these Terms carefully before downloading our applications and/or using our services.
This document (hereina referred to as the "Terms of Use" and "General Terms") contains the general conditions of the Website Owner (as defined below) for the use of the website www.papajohns.bg.
All elements of the website www.papajohns.bg, including design, databases, text, drawings, graphics, sketches and other information or elements, excluding those placed by users and advertisers, constitute objects of copyright under the Bulgarian Copyright and Related Rights Act and are the property of “Imfresh” EOOD, registered office and address of management: Sofia, 37 Odesa Str., apt. 5, UIC 207498515, operator of the Papa Johns chain for Bulgaria (hereinafter also referred to as the "Website Owner" or "Papa Johns Bulgaria").
The use of graphic and video materials published on the website is strictly prohibited without the prior consent of the Website Owner. Violators will be sanctioned to the fullest extent of the law.
“Services” – the services provided by the Website Owner related to the presentation of products, delivery and promotional campaigns.
“Website/Site” – a designated location on the global Internet, accessible via its unified address (URL) through HTTP, HTTPS or another standardised protocol, containing files, programs, text, sound, images or other materials and resources.
“User” – any person who uses the services provided by the Website Owner.
“Malicious and improper actions” – actions or omissions that violate Internet ethics or cause harm to persons connected to the Internet or associated networks; sending unsolicited mail (SPAM, JUNK MAIL); flooding channels (FLOOD); gaining access to resources with third-party rights and passwords; exploiting system vulnerabilities for personal benefit or to obtain information (HACK); actions that may be qualified as industrial espionage or sabotage; installation or triggering of viruses or remote control systems; disturbing the normal functioning of other Internet users and associated networks; any actions which may be qualified as a criminal offence or administrative violation under Bulgarian law or the law of another country.
“Delivery” – handing over an order packed in a manner suitable for transportation and transporting it to the address provided by the customer.
“Web page” – a separate and designated part of a website within the meaning of these General Terms.
“Force majeure event” – an unforeseen or unforeseeable circumstance of an extraordinary nature at the time of the conclusion of the contract, which makes the provision of the services objectively impossible.
“User profile” – a dedicated section of www.papajohns.bg, containing information about the User, provided by the User during registration and stored by www.papajohns.bg. Access to the User profile is carried out by entering a username and password. The profile enables the User to view and edit the data entered upon registration, access their personal inbox, change their password, subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters and other.
“Username” – a unique combination of letters and/or numbers chosen by the User, by which the User is identified on www.papajohns.bg.
“Password” – a combination of letters and/or numbers chosen by the User, which together with the username identifies the User.
“Server” – a device or a system of connected devices on which system software is installed to perform tasks related to storing, processing, receiving or transmitting information.
2.1 The Website Owner is entitled to change the design, layout, technology and services provided through the websites without prior notice to the Users.
2.2 The Website Owner is entitled, at its own discretion, to remove part of the services offered or to limit access to them for all or for certain Users.
2.3 In case of non-fulfilment of contractual relations, malicious actions, inappropriate comments and other actions incompatible with morality and good commercial practice, the Website Owner is entitled to delete, limit and/or close the information of any User without the right to review.
2.4 The Website Owner is entitled to seek liability and impose sanctions related to the services it provides if it has received notification of a violation on the website from the competent authorities under Bulgarian law or in cases where a User breaches contractual relations, performs malicious actions, makes inappropriate comments and/or engages in other actions incompatible with morality and good commercial practice.
2.5 The Website Owner is entitled to assign advertising space on its websites for the purpose of sale to advertisers and to display, show, send, serve and load their advertisements and any advertising materials for its own purposes or for the purposes of its clients
2.6 The Website Owner is entitled to generate and send to an email address specified by the User summarised information about news in the services offered in the form of an electronic newsletter, weekly menu or current promotions.
2.7 The Website Owner undertakes to provide the User with a clear and unambiguous option to unsubscribe from receiving messages under Item 2.6.
2.8 The User’s right of access does not include the right to copy or reproduce information, materials and resources, nor to use objects of intellectual property, except where this concerns insignificant volume information intended for personal use, provided that the legitimate interests of the authors or other rightsholders are not unjustifiably harmed and where the copying or reproduction is carried out for non-commercial purposes.
2.9 The User is entitled to specify an email address at which they wish to receive summarised information about news published on the Website Owner’s site in the form of an electronic newsletter.
2.10 The User may refuse to receive such messages using the means provided by the Website Owner under Item 2.7. Refusal to receive messages deprives the User of the opportunity to participate in promotional offers that require the sending of vouchers and/or feedback
2.11 The User is obliged to notify the Website Owner in advance in an appropriate manner if the email address used during registration is listed in a registry of email addresses of legal entities that do not wish to receive unsolicited commercial messages.
3.1 Papa Johns Bulgaria, through the website www.papajohns.bg, provides the User, in online mode, with the services specified in these General Terms (“Services”), subject to strict compliance by the User with the requirements set out herein
3.2 Part of the services of the website www.papajohns.bg are provided to all Users without prior registration. Such services include, but are not limited to: access to and use, subject to these General Terms, of various information resources available through www.papajohns.bg – news, promotions, calendar of upcoming events, current menu of items or other content provided by www.papajohns.bg.
3.3 The use of certain Services on www.papajohns.bg is possible only after prior registration, creation of a User profile and entry of username and password. These Services are intended for and offered only to persons who are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age.
4.1 These General Terms apply to relations with Users who have registered on the website www.papajohns.bg ("registered Users"). They also apply accordingly to relations with Users who have not registered on www.papajohns.bg ("unregistered Users"), whose rights are limited to the use of the services described in Item 3.2.
4.2 The text of these General Terms is available on the Internet at http://papajohns.bg in a way that allows it to be stored and reproduced. An electronic link to the webpage containing the text of these General Terms is placed on every page of www.papajohns.bg. With each use of the services and resources of www.papajohns.bg, including opening a webpage from the site and by clicking on an electronic link from the home page or any other page, the Users declare that they are familiar with these General Terms, agree with them and undertake to comply with them.
4.3 In order to use the services under Item 3.3, the User must first register by completing the relevant electronic registration form available online at www.papajohns.bg.
4.3.1 During registration, by ticking the field “I have read the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice and I accept them and confirm that I am at least 18 years old” and pressing the “Register” button, the User makes an explicit electronic statement within the meaning of the Bulgarian Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, declaring that they are familiar with the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice published on www.papajohns.bg, accept them and undertake to comply with them.
4.3.2 Upon registration, the User obtains access to all services offered by www.papajohns.bg. When completing the registration form, the User is obliged to provide complete and accurate data about their identity and other data required by the registration form, and to update them immediately upon any change. The User guarantees that the data provided during registration are true, complete and accurate and that they will be updated in a timely manner in case of changes.
4.3.3 If the required personal data in the registration form are not provided, www.papajohns.bg is entitled to refuse registration.
4.3.4 In case of providing false data or failing to reflect changes, www.papajohns.bg is entitled to terminate or suspend immediately and without notice the provision of the Services as well as the maintenance of the registration. In such case, termination of the Services is deemed to be an automatic termination of the contract.
5.1 Upon registration the User specifies a username and password. If the username is not already in use, the User receives the username and password they have requested. Through them the User gains access to their profile and to the Services under Item 3.3.
5.2 The username is a unique code of letters, numbers and symbols by which the User is identified when using the Services under Item 3.3www.papajohns.bg does not verify and is not responsible for whether the username coincides with the User’s real name, whether it affects the rights of third parties, including rights to name, trade name (company), registered trademark or other intellectual property rights.
5.3 The password is a code of letters, numbers and symbols, which together with the username serves to access a particular User profile.
5.4 The User must not disclose their password or secret question and answer to third parties and must notify www.papajohns.bg immediately in case of unauthorised access or suspicion of such. The User must take all reasonable care and necessary measures to protect their password and secret question/answer and bears full responsibility for all actions performed by them or by a third party using them.
5.5 The User profile is a dedicated part of www.papajohns.bg containing information about the registered User, provided in the registration process and stored on a server of www.papajohns.bg. Through their profile the User can use, configure, activate or deactivate Services under Item 3.3, manage content placed by them on a server of www.papajohns.bg, update their registration data, change password and secret question/answer, terminate their registration and others.
5.6 Each User may have only one active User profile. Registration under a fictitious name or under someone else’s name (identity theft) is prohibited. www.papajohns.bg may refuse registration to a person for whom it has information that they are providing false or third-party data.
6.1 The contract between the parties takes effect from the moment of reaching agreement as set out in Item 4.2 or Item 4.3.1.
6.2 The contract is concluded in Bulgarian.
6.3 The contract is valid:
a) For unregistered Users – until they discontinue the use of the Services under Item 3.2;
b) For registered Users – for an indefinite period from the registration of the User until termination of the contract under these General Terms.
7.1 The Website Owner provides home and office food delivery services within the city of Sofia.
7.2 Orders for delivery are accepted online through the website, by company phone specifically designated for orders (0700 91190), or through other communication means or mobile/web-based applications provided by Papa Johns Bulgaria.
7.3 Deliveries are carried out by authorised employees of the respective Papa Johns Bulgaria restaurant.
7.4 The products ordered are delivered to the exact address specified by the User, as well as with a provided contact telephone number.
7.5 Delivery of the ordered items is carried out within 30 (thirty) minutes from acceptance of the order. In cases of force majeure (severe weather, road incidents, etc.), the delivery time may be undefined or the order may be cancelled by the Website Owner.
7.6 The order subject to delivery is transported and delivered appropriately packed and within reasonable timeframes depending on the time of day and the workload of Papa Johns Bulgaria restaurants.
Delivery working hours: every day from 11:00 to 23:00 – valid for the areas in Sofia served by the home delivery service of Imfresh EOOD / Papa Johns Bulgaria.
The minimum order value is 18 (eighteen) BGN (9.20 EUR) in products, excluding delivery charge. All prices mentioned in the menu are in Bulgarian leva and their equivalent in euros at the fixed exchange rate of 1.95583.
The delivery fee is 4.49 BGN (2.30 EUR).
For delivery, payment is made in cash only. Vouchers, cheques and cards are not accepted. Card payments are possible when placing the order online through the mobile application or our website.
Service areas for Papa Johns Bulgaria:
Sofia: the following districts are served: Hadzhi Dimitar, Orlandovtsi, Birimirtsi, Voenna Rampa, Malashevtsi, Benkovski, Central Railway Station, "Stefan Karadzha" industrial zone, Manastirski Livadi, Gotse Delchev, Motopista, Borovo, Hippodroma, the northern part of Krasno Selo, Strelbishte, Belite Brezi, Boyana, parts of Krastova Vada, Vitosha (south), Mladost 1, Mladost 1A, Mladost 2, Mladost 3, Mladost 4, Business Park Sofia, NZP Iztok, Gorublyane, Zona B-5, Zona B-18, Zona B-19, the area of Konstantin Velichkov Blvd, Banishora, Vazrazhdane district, Stochna Gara, Lyulin 2, Lyulin 3, Lyulin 4, Lyulin 5, and Lyulin 6.
7.7 Imfresh EOOD / Papa Johns Bulgaria reserves the right to change prices and weights of items, as well as delivery zones.
7.8 The cost of the telephone call is charged at the standard rate per minute between the User’s operator and A1 (mobile operator of Papa Johns Bulgaria). Free minutes included in subscription plans do not apply.
7.9 If a User has placed an order for delivery outside the delivery zones, or in case of impossibility or difficulty of delivery, the User shall be promptly informed.
7.10 For the “TAKE AWAY” service, there is no minimum order value.
To determine the time required to prepare the order, the User may select the “Now” option or a later time at which they will collect the order. If “Now” is selected, the approximate preparation time is 20 minutes; this may be extended depending on the current workload of the chosen restaurant. Upon finalisation of the order, the User receives information about the expected preparation time and can either confirm or cancel the order if they do not agree with it.
The User must appear at the selected restaurant within the indicated preparation time to collect the order. If the User is more than 15 minutes late, Papa Johns Bulgaria has the right to contact them to clarify the reason for the delay. If the User is more than 60 minutes late to collect the order, Papa Johns Bulgaria has the right to cancel the order.
8.1 Links to the General Terms are placed at the bottom of the Website Owner’s sites.
8.2 In view of the periodic updating and modification of the Services, their improvement and expansion, as well as possible legislative changes affecting them, the General Terms may be amended unilaterally by Papa Johns Bulgaria. This may also occur in case of changes in the type, nature or technology of the Services provided, upon termination of certain Services, or due to changes in economic conditions.
8.3 By sending a request and receiving a response for loading content, regardless of the User’s geographical location, including indirect loading via hyperlink, banner or other method, as well as by voluntary registration, the User makes an electronic statement within the meaning of the Bulgarian Electronic Commerce Act, declaring their wish to use the Services provided by the Website Owner and their awareness of these General Terms, which, in the relations between the parties, have the force of a contract that must be observed.
8.4 The General Terms are in force from the moment of the User’s electronic statement until the User ceases using the Services of the Website Owner by leaving the site. With each new visit, a new contract is concluded.
8.5 In the event of changes and/or amendments to the General Terms, the Website Owner notifies Users in an appropriate manner – by publishing on a visible place on its website an announcement of the changes and the text of the amendments not later than 14 (fourteen) days before they enter into force.
8.6 The General Terms enter into force as of the date of publication and their latest update.
8.7 These General Terms, as well as future amendments, apply to all existing registered Users as of the date they enter into force. Within the term under Item 8.5, Users may declare by sending a message to Papa Johns Bulgaria that they reject the changes. If no such declaration is received, the User is deemed to be bound by them. A declaration of disagreement with the changes shall result in automatic termination of the contract between the User and Papa Johns Bulgaria for the use of the services provided via www.papajohns.bg, and Papa Johns Bulgaria has the right to immediately terminate the User’s access to their profile, delete the registration and erase all User content from its servers.
9.1 The User is responsible for securing the necessary client equipment (devices and software) and Internet access required to use the services provided by Papa Johns Bulgaria.
9.2 The User is entitled to online access to the Services provided via www.papajohns.bg, subject to compliance with the conditions and access requirements defined by Papa Johns Bulgaria.
9.3 When using the Services, the User undertakes not to upload, place on a server of Papa Johns Bulgaria or make available in any way to third parties any User content – information, data, text, messages, as well as any other materials or links to materials that:
a) contravene Bulgarian law, applicable foreign laws, these General Terms, Internet ethics, morality and good practices;
b) contain violence (including cruelty to animals), incitement to violence, humiliation of human dignity, threats to life or physical integrity;
c) are pornographic or explicitly sexual in nature;
d) contain clearly identifiable bodies of victims of accidents or other serious incidents;
e) insult a religion or contain religious propaganda;
f) represent commercial or official secrets or other confidential information;
g) are objects of intellectual property rights of third parties, except with the consent of the rightholder;
h) infringe any proprietary or non-proprietary rights or legal interests of third parties;
i) promote discrimination based on gender, race, education, age, religion or propagate fascist, racist or other undemocratic ideologies;
j) damage the reputation of others or call for violent change of the constitutional order, for crimes, violence, or incitement of racial, national, ethnic or religious hatred;
k) contain information encouraging or facilitating terrorist activity;
l) contain information about third-party passwords or access rights without consent, as well as software for accessing such passwords or rights.
9.4 When using the Services of Papa Johns Bulgaria, the User undertakes:
a) not to perform malicious actions within the meaning of these General Terms;
b) to notify Papa Johns Bulgaria immediately of any detected violation related to the use of the Services;
c) not to impersonate another person;
d) not to use methods leading to forced loading of unwanted content (“pop-up”, “blind link”, etc.).
9.5 The User may at any time, at their own discretion, discontinue use of the Services by deactivating them in their profile or by terminating their registration / ceasing use of the Services under Item 3.2. From the moment of termination of registration, or for unregistered Users – from the moment of ceasing the use of the Services, the contract is automatically terminated, and Papa Johns Bulgaria stops the User’s access to their profile and may delete all User content from its servers according to Item 15.2. Deactivation of certain Services does not terminate the contract.
9.6 The User may access and use any content published on www.papajohns.bg, including User content, solely for personal and non-commercial use, subject to these General Terms.
9.7 The User shall not attempt to obtain unauthorised access to the Services provided by www.papajohns.bg through interception and use of third-party passwords or any other methods, nor override, damage or otherwise interfere with applications that prevent or limit access to other users’ email boxes, admin panels, systems and networks related to the Services.
10.1 Papa Johns Bulgaria undertakes to exercise due care to ensure that the User can properly use the Services.
Complaint and Compensation Policy – Papa Johns Bulgaria Delivery
10.1.1 Papa Johns Bulgaria Delivery guarantees the taste and nutritional quality of the delivered products in your order within 2 (two) hours from the time of the order. We recommend that the products be consumed within this period. After this period, Papa Johns Bulgaria Delivery is not responsible for the taste and nutritional quality of the delivered products.
10.1.2 If you find a discrepancy between your order and the delivered products in terms of quantity or quality, you have the right to lodge a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. You must notify us within 60 minutes from the time the order was handed over to you. The complaint is considered submitted by calling the national call centreat 0700 91190. If your complaint is submitted after this time limit, Papa Johns Bulgaria Delivery is not obliged to follow this Complaint Policy.
10.1.3 When a justified complaint is made, we offer the following options depending on the situation and nature of the problem:
- We will re-deliver the incorrect or missing product as a new one as quickly as possible on the same or next day, or
- We will credit the value of the incorrect or missing product as loyalty points to your app account plus an additional 10 points within up to 3 working days.
10.1.4 In all cases of incorrect execution of your order, except those related to a non-delivered item/product, your complaint will be accepted as justified only if you present to the delivery person at least two-thirds of the quantity received of the product you are dissatisfied with. If the customer has discarded the order or returns less than two-thirds of the delivered quantity, Papa Johns Bulgaria does not take responsibility for compensation.
10.1.5 This Complaint Policy does not apply in cases of force majeure, including adverse weather conditions.
10.2 Papa Johns Bulgaria has no obligation and no objective possibility to control how the User uses the Services and is not responsible for the purposes and activities of the User in relation to the use of the Services or for the type and nature of User content. Papa Johns Bulgaria is not obliged to monitor information stored on its servers or made available through the Services, nor to seek facts or circumstances indicating unlawful activity by the User.
10.3 In accordance with applicable Bulgarian law, Papa Johns Bulgaria stores information materials and resources placed by the User on its servers and may provide them to competent authorities where necessary to protect the rights, legitimate interests and security of Papa Johns Bulgaria or third parties, or when required by state authorities under due legal procedure.
10.4 Papa Johns Bulgaria may send commercial messages to Users, in order to offer information and advertisements about its own or third-party goods and/or services, conduct surveys, polls, etc. By accepting these General Terms, the User agrees to receive commercial messages from Papa Johns Bulgaria.
10.5 Papa Johns Bulgaria has the right, but not the obligation, at its own discretion and without notice, to suspend access to and/or remove User content when it contradicts the requirements of these General Terms.
11.1 Papa Johns Bulgaria endeavours to ensure that Users can properly use the Services, but since the Services are provided free of charge, Papa Johns Bulgaria does not guarantee that they will meet the User’s requirements, nor that they will be interrupted, timely or secure. By accepting these General Terms, the User declares that they use the Services entirely at their own risk and responsibility, and the parties agree that Papa Johns Bulgaria shall not be liable for any damages suffered by the User as a result ofusing the Services.
11.2 Papa Johns Bulgaria is not liable for failure to provide the Services in circumstances beyond its control – in cases of force majeure, accidental events, problems in the global Internet network and services outside the control of Papa Johns Bulgaria, problems due to User’s equipment, unauthorised access by third parties to systems or servers of Papa Johns Bulgaria, etc.
11.3 Papa Johns Bulgaria is not liable for damages to User’s software, hardware or equipment, or for loss of data resulting from materials or resources searched, loaded or used in any way through the Services.
11.4 Papa Johns Bulgaria is not liable to the User or third parties for damages or lost profits resulting from termination, suspension, modification or limitation of the Services, deletion, return, non-receipt, modification, loss, inaccuracy or incompleteness of items, messages, materials or information used, recorded or made available through www.papajohns.bg.
11.5 The parties agree that Papa Johns Bulgaria is not liable for non-provision or degraded quality of the Services as a result of tests carried out by Papa Johns Bulgaria to check equipment, connections, networks or other tests aimed at improving or optimising the Services. In such cases, Papa Johns Bulgaria will inform the User in advance of possible temporary interruptions or reduced quality.
11.6 By accepting these General Terms, the User acknowledges the possibility of interruptions and other difficulties in Internet connection to www.papajohns.bg that may arise regardless of the care taken by Papa Johns Bulgaria. The User declares that they will not claim compensation from Papa Johns Bulgaria for lost profits, damages or inconveniences resulting from interruptions or difficulties in the connection, including those related to its capacity.
11.7 Papa Johns Bulgaria is not liable and owes no compensation to a person whose personal data has been used by another person to use the Services, regardless of whether the person has given consent.
12.1 Papa Johns Bulgaria may suspend, limit or change the Services provided to the User, as well as notify the competent authorities if the User, at the discretion of Papa Johns Bulgaria, violates Bulgarian law, these General Terms or the rights and legitimate interests of third parties. Papa Johns Bulgaria may at any time and without notice suspend access to any content placed by the User on www.papajohns.bg which it considers or is informed that it is unlawful, contrary to these General Terms or infringes rights or legitimate interests of third parties, including intellectual property rights, until the dispute is resolved by a competent authority.
12.2 Upon receipt of an order from competent authorities regarding User content, Papa Johns Bulgaria may, without notice, suspend access to such content or perform other actions in accordance with the order.
12.3 Papa Johns Bulgaria may, without notice, deactivate the User’s password if, in its judgment, the User violates applicable law, these General Terms or the rights and legitimate interests of third parties. In such cases, Papa Johns Bulgaria may terminate the User’s registration, cease providing the Services under Item 3.3 and delete all User content from its servers. The contract is deemed automatically terminated as of the date of termination of the registration.
12.4 When Papa Johns Bulgaria has sufficient grounds to believe that the User’s behaviour in using the Services may constitute a crime or administrative violation, it may notify the competent authorities, providing them with the necessary assistance and information.
12.5 In such cases, Papa Johns Bulgaria is not liable for damages or lost profits suffered by the User or third parties as a result of suspension, modification or limitation of the Services, termination of the contract or provision of information or execution of orders by competent authorities.
13.1 The User must indemnify Papa Johns Bulgaria and any third parties for all damages and lost profits, including imposed fines, legal fees and other expenses, arising from claims by third parties and/or paid compensations related to materials that the User has made available to third parties or accessible through the Services in violation of Bulgarian law, applicable foreign law, these General Terms or good morals, as well as for other breaches of obligations under these General Terms.
13.2 The User shall indemnify Papa Johns Bulgaria for all damages caused by the use of the Services by third parties who have obtained the User’s password or secret question/answer in violation of these General Terms.
13.3 Parents or guardians of minors are liable for all damages caused by them to Papa Johns Bulgaria and third parties through registration and use of the Services, as well as for any damages resulting from providing false data or false declarations under Item 4.3.2.
14.1 In addition to the cases provided in these General Terms, the contract between the parties is terminated upon:
a) termination of the activity of Papa Johns Bulgaria or of the maintenance of www.papajohns.bg;
b) mutual agreement of the parties;
c) other cases provided by law.
14.2 In case of termination of the contract on any grounds, Papa Johns Bulgaria has the right to immediately stop the User’s access to their profile, terminate the registration and delete all User content from its servers in compliance with applicable law. Papa Johns Bulgaria is not liable for damages or lost profits suffered by the User or third parties as a result of terminating access, deleting content or executing orders by competent authorities.
15.1 Written or electronic statements and messages under the contract and these General Terms are considered valid if made by registered mail with return receipt, fax, email, clicking a virtual button on website www.papajohns.bg or other technically recorded methods allowing reproduction.
15.2 By accepting these General Terms and concluding the contract, the parties agree to consider electronic statements as received when they enter the information system specified by the addressee, without the need for explicit confirmation. When Papa Johns Bulgaria is the addressee, the statement is deemed received upon its arrival at Papa Johns Bulgaria’s POP3 servers. When the User is the addressee, the statement is deemed received upon its arrival in the email specified upon registration. If the User has specified an invalid email address, the statement is deemed received upon being sent by Papa Johns Bulgaria.
15.3 The parties agree that if any clause of these General Terms is found invalid, this will not invalidate the contract or other clauses. The invalid clause will be replaced by mandatory legal provisions or established practice.
15.4 The website www.papajohns.bg is maintained by Papa Johns Bulgaria through technical equipment located in Bulgaria. Papa Johns Bulgaria does not guarantee and is not responsible for the accessibility and proper provision of the Services outside Bulgaria. In particular, in locations where no delivery is performed, only free services may be used. If the User uses the Services outside Bulgaria, they are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local law.
15.5 For all matters not covered in this contract, the provisions of Bulgarian law shall apply.
15.6 Under Bulgarian law, the sale of alcohol to persons under 18 is prohibited. In case of doubt, the delivery person may request an ID. If the customer is under 18, the alcohol will not be delivered and will be returned to the restaurant.
15.7 If a customer wishes to cancel an order, this may be done within 3 minutes after its acceptance and before payment, by calling 0700 19 000. In case of cancellation after the 3rd minute, Papa Johns Bulgaria reserves the right to refuse a future order from that customer.
15.8 Once payment for an order has been made by the customer, the order cannot be cancelled. Imfresh OOD does not owe a refund except in cases provided by applicable law.
16. All disputes between the parties shall be resolved in a spirit of understanding and good will. If no agreement is reached, any unresolved disputes arising out of or relating to these General Terms, including those concerning their interpretation, validity, performance or termination, as well as disputes regarding gaps or adaptation to new circumstances, shall be resolved through negotiations and, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian courts.
These General Terms are adopted by “Imfresh” EOOD on 15.09.2025.
